摘要：我国保险业的发展在改革开放后的一系列变革之后取得了令人瞩目的成就，中小股份制保险企业的不断成立。在我国加入世界贸易组织之后，外资保险公司不断进入我国保险市场，保险市场的主体逐渐多样化，但是我国保险业市场结构仍处于垄断型格局。因此我国越来越认为研究我国保险业市场结构与总体市场绩效存在何种相关性是具有重要意义的举措。35990
本文对市场结构与绩效的相关理论进行了一系列研究，通过对国内外文献和研究理论的整理综合，本文通过模型验证我国保险业市场结构与绩效的关联性。通过实证研究得出的结论说明共谋假说与效率结构假说均不适合我国保险业市场结构的实际情况。主要原因是我国的保险业市场的发展周期比较短，也不是保险市场自然发展的结果，而是通过政府干预造成的垄断性格局。
通过模型实证研究得出的结论，本文就怎样提升我国保险业绩效水平提出了四项建议，政府应该在保证保险市场结构得到改善的同时需提高保险公司经营管理效率，放宽保险业进入和退出市场的限制，建立风险预警机制，建立健全的保险保障机制，为保险产业的稳定发展提供优良的外部经济环境。

The Research about Market Structure and
Market Performance in Chinese Insurance Business
Abstract: With the advancement of economy,The insurance industry has made great achievements since the Chinese reform and opening-up policy,it has an important position in China's financial industry.Since China entered the Word Trade Organization,Foreign insurance companies began entering Chinese insurance market.Although the kind of the insurance companies is increasing very fast,the structure of Chinese insurance market is still at a monopoly situation.So it is a meaningful measure to study that how the insurance business structure make effects on insurance performance at now.
This paper has studied a series of ideas about the market structure and market performance and related lots of Chinese and Foreign literature.Then,this article established a model to study that how Chinese insurance market structure influence the level of performance in Chinese insurance market. With the result of study,we find that the Tradition Collusion Hypothesis and Efficient Structure Hypothesis are not according with Chinese actual conditions. The main reason that why Chinese insurance has this problem is that Chinese insurance industry does not go through a period of economy completely, also not the normal result of insurance market development, but formed by the behavior of the Government.
At the basis of diagnosis research,this article proposed a series of advice about how to enhance the insurance market performance.The government should promote the performance of insurance companies when adjusting the market structure,induce the enter & exit barriers of insurance industry,establish risk warning mechanism and improve the insurance security system.In order to ensure Chinese insurance industry can develop quickly and on an even keel,Chinese government should make series of measures to create a harmonious environment.
