摘要：我国改革开放以来，经过长时间的摸索，从十四届三中全会通过了《关于发展我国社会主义市场经济的若干问题》到2013年7月中国人民银行宣布取消对贷款和票据的利率管制，在这21年间我国金融市场在日渐宽松的利率管制下发展迅速。我国民营企业作为我国经济的重要载体，在国民经济中占有很大比重，然而我国民企始终面临着融资难问题，利率市场化可能对民企融资难问题提供新的解决思路，所以本文对利率市场化下民营企业信贷行为进行研究。本文首先介绍了研究的背景和意义,并进行相关概念的界定，然后总结了利率市场化改革的进程和具体分析了对民企贷款的影响。紧接着从贷款方式角度结合利率市场化对民企贷款现状进行分析，之后对两个民企融资案例进行具体分析。最后提出民企在利率市场化条件下想要改善融资的具体措施。34641

Research interest rate market behavior of private enterprise credit
Abstract: Since China's reform and opening up, after a long period of exploration, from fourteen Third Plenary Session adopted the "number of issues concerning the development of China's socialist market economy," to the July 2013 People's Bank of China announced the cancellation of loans and bills of interest rate controls, China's financial market is growing rapidly in the past 20 years in an increasingly accommodative interest rates under control. China's private enterprises as an important carrier of China's economy, occupies a large proportion in the national economy, but of private enterprises has always faced the problem of financing, interest rate market may be the problem of financing for private enterprises to provide new idea, this article on the interest rate market under private enterprise credit behavior research. This paper describes the background and significance of the definition and related concepts, then summed up the impact of relevant policies and specific interest rate market for private loans. Then combine loan interest rate market from the perspective of the current situation analysis of private loans, analyzed together with the case. Finally, specific measures in the interest rate market-oriented private enterprises want to improve financing conditions.
