摘要：本文主要介绍跨国公司在当今时代所发挥的独特功用以及跨国企业在中国的发展现状，并在此基础上分析跨国公司对中国产生的影响和中国应该做出怎样的应对。在全球化进程日益加快的今天，跨国公司越来越体现出巨大的价值，这种价值不仅仅局限于经济层面，也覆盖到了文化层面，跨国在发展经济、文化，塑造意识形态，进行资源分配等影响世界进程的方面有着不可替代的作用。中国作为全球化的重要一环，非常显著的受到跨国公司在经济、文化等方面影响，中国需要积极地采取必要措施，最大限度地让跨国公司发挥有利作用。34108

Abstract This paper mainly introduces the unique features of the multinational companies in the modern era and the present situation of multinational corporations in China , on the basis of this ,we’ll analysis  the influence of multinational companies in China and  Chinese how  to deal with it . In the process of globalization is accelerating , multinational corporations are showing more and more value, this value is not limited to the economic level, but to cover the level of political culture, transnational economic development, culture, shaping the ideology, resource allocation and plays an irreplaceable role in changing of political influence world process.China ,as an important part of globalization, is influenced by multinational corporations in the economic, cultural and other aspects , China needs to take the necessary measures activelily to let the multinational companies make  the maximum benfit.

商业跨国公司在二战结束，有了一个和平稳定的发展环境之后得到了快速的发展。21世纪以来，跨国公司开始在社会的方方面面都发挥着巨大的影响，本文将研究跨国公司如何在让其积极促进经济、文化发展的前提下不对国家、社会产生负面影响，是本文要探究的重点问题。
