摘 要：社会转型期我国城乡居民收入差距呈现扩大化趋势，在这一过程中出现了城乡居民收入差距扩大和基尼系数偏高的问题。这些现象的出现与经济结构体制不完善、国家制度不健全、城乡教育制度不平衡有密切的联系。有效解决这些问题需要从多方面入手，即国家制定合理的收入政策、加快推进城市化和工业化进程、关注农村教育、全面提高农民综合素质、完善农村保障制度。29269

To Handle the Problem of the New Era and Investigation of the Income Gap between Urban and Rural Residents in China
Abstract：In the period of social transition, the income gap between urban and rural residents has shown an enlarging trend in China。 There has been high widen the income gap between urban and rural residents and the Gini coefficient problems in the process。 Meanwhile it also caused the continuing expansion of the income gap between urban and rural residents, the rising of Gini Coefficient and so on。 The appearance of such phenomena is closely connected with the imperfect reform of the economic system, institutional inadequacy of the state and imbalance of city and countryside education system。 We must through manifold ways to seek available solutions, including formulated reasonable income policies by the government, push on urbanization and industrialized process, focus on the rural education, raising the comprehensive qualities of peasants, and improving the social security system in rural areas。

前言
在社会经济政治文化的发展和社会转型期的到来之际，人民的生活质量得到了全面提高，人民的平均收入不断增长。但问题也在不断扩大，尤其是社会转型期城乡居民收入差距问题越来越严重，使消灭两极分化、实现共同富裕更加困难，这就与社会主义社会的本质要求相违背。因此，对社会转型期城乡居民收入差距扩大的现状进行深刻剖析，全面掌握这一现象，并对此提出相应的制度、税收、教育等对策，从而对于全面建成小康社会，构建社会主义和谐社会，具有重大的实践和理论指导意义。
