摘要：随着市场经济的不断发展，各经济主体面临的风险也日益复杂，自2008年众多金融机构相继倒闭、重组，惨痛的经验让世界反思，商业银行的声誉风险得到重视，希望通过研究一系列的组织架构、体系去规避、化解它。国外的商业银行对于声誉风险已有深入的研究和成熟的管理体系，其经验对于国内商业银行对声誉风险的管理具有很好的借鉴作用。本文主要介绍了商业银行声誉风险和管理的定义与内涵，产生声誉风险的原因，通过实例，运用数据展示现实中商业银行在分行层面对声誉风险的防范和管理，分析其中的不足，并根据国外的先进管理经验，得到在风险管理体系中加入声誉风险、建立完善的声誉风险预防机制、建立声誉风险预警机制、预备声誉风险应急预案、建立声誉风险化解机制等建议。28010

Abstract: With the development of market economy, each economic subject is facing the risk of increasingly complex. Since 2008, many financial institutions have failed, and restructured, which let the world reflect. Foreign commercial Banks to reputational risk has a deep understanding and the mature reputation risk management system, which has the model function for domestic commercial Banks to reputational risk management. Commercial bank is mainly introduced in this paper the definition and connotation of reputation risk and management, and the reason of the reputational risks through example, using data demonstrates the reality reputation risk of commercial Banks in the branch level of prevention and management and finds out the inadequacy. According to the foreign advanced management experience, get the advice that getting the reputation risk into the risk management system, establishing and improving the reputation of the risk prevention mechanism, building a reputation risk early warning mechanism, preparation reputation risk contingency plans and building a reputation risk resolution mechanism.
