摘 要：近年来，迅速发展起来的高铁成为新兴的运输模式，凭借着快速、准点、安全系数高、污染小、能源消耗低等优势，对不同地域的人流、物流等资源要素的快速流动起到了极大的推动作用，同时促进了沿线区域的经济发展。本文将以溧阳市为例，分析宁杭高铁对沿线地区经济发展带来的机遇与挑战，同时针对溧阳市自身经济发展的特点，从制定房产调控措施、做好交通网络建设、提高旅游品牌影响力、做好城市建设、生态旅游的建设宣传与管理、做好产业布局等方面提出应对挑战的对策。93866

Abstract：In recent years, the high-speed railway which rapidly develops as a new mode of transport makes great contributions to promote the flou of people,logistics and other elements in different regions and has a significant impact on the regional economic development。All these changes are owed to its advantages,fast speed,strong transport capacity,good security,high comfort,environmental pollution and low energy consumption。
This paper will take Liyang City as an example to analyze the positive and negative impacts and effects on the economic development of the surrounding area caused by Ninghang high-speed railway。 It includes the following aspects,improving the transport capacity and accessibility of Liyang City,optimizing the industrial structure,promoting the development of tourism and employment。 Meanwhile,it gives the suggestions to face the challenges according to the self-economic development of Liyang City from these aspects,strengthening the urban construction and developing eco-tourism completing industrial layout 。

1 引言
