摘要：区域经济发展受到多重要素的影响，企业是经济发展的效益主体，上市公司是优秀企业的代表，研究和实践都表明上市公司对区域经济发展有一定影响，本文从这一假设出发展开全文的研究，首先从上市公司影响区域经济发展作用机制上分析，宏达股份有限公司对什邡市经济发展做出了贡献；然后，采用线性回归模型的方法实证分析宏达股份有限公司对什邡市经济发展的具体影响，分析结果表明：宏达股份从人才引进，财政贡献，提供就业岗位，带动中下游企业创业等对什邡市经济发展做出了有利的贡献，并给出了针对性措施，希望对宏达股份公司能够更好地促进什邡市经济发展。92819

1 引言
上市公司对区域经济发展存在一定的影响是经过实践证实的，但是具体的内在影响机制和影响大小还需要进一步研究。我国建立严格的上市机制，能够在上海和深圳证券交易所上市交易的公司的经营绩效都高于行业平均水平，对区域经济的发展有重要影响，上市公司的经营优势如何促进区域经济的发展是各地方关注的重点问题。什邡市作为一个历史名城，在四川省县域经济总量中多次排名前列，宏达股份是市值超过百亿元的上市资源型企业，什邡是宏达股份的重要业务所在地，宏达股份对什邡的经济发展做出重要贡献。基于此背景引发我关于上市公司对区域经济发展影响机制的思考，本文选择宏达股份和什邡这一区域作为研究的具体对象，应用区域经济学等相关理论知识，采用理论分析方法分析其内在作用机制，并用相应指标通过构建线性回归模型，进行实证分析，在此基础上提出相应的建议，以期望能够进一步发挥宏达股份的运营优势，进一步促进什邡经济发展。 宏达股份公司对什邡市经济发展的影响:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_200551.html
