摘 要:本文主要研究了淮安市水资源量的消耗、淮安居民对自然生态环境的影响。将生态足迹法引入水资源分析中,构建淮安市水资源生态足迹与生态承载力计算模型,对淮安市 2006—2015 年水资源生态足迹、生态承载力进行分析。结果表明,在 2006—2015 年间淮安市人均水资源生态足迹总体上呈上升趋势,淮安市的水资源基本都是赤字状态,可见淮安市水资源开发利用程度和利用效率不高,政府应当加大整治力度,努力提高水资源利用率。水资源生态足迹的变化,生态赤字与生态盈余直接反应社会经济发展,应当合理根据淮安市水资源的时空分布情况,适当调整产业结构,合理调度、利用水资源,努力促进淮安市社会经济的发展。92710

Abstract:  This paper mainly studies the consumption of water resources in Huaian and the impact of Huaian residents on the natural ecological environment。 The ecological footprint method was used to analyze the water resources ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Huaian city。 The ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of water resources in Huaian city from 2006 to 2015 were analyzed。 The results show that the upward trend in the overall ecological footprint of water resources per capita 2006 - 2015 years in Huaian City, Huaian City, the water resources are the basic deficit, visible Huaian city water resources development and utilization and utilization efficiency is not high, the government should increase the intensity of rectification, and strive to improve the utilization rate of water resources。 The change of water resources ecological footprint, ecological deficit and ecological surplus in direct response to the economic and social development should be reasonable based on spatiotemporal distribution of water resources in Huaian City, the appropriate adjustment of industrial structure, rational management and utilization of water resources, to promote the development of social economy in Huaian city。
