摘 要：中小企业是当今社会经济发展的主要力量，代表着一个国家的发展潜力和方向，中 小企业的融资发展问题也一直是困扰着众多中小企业家的大问题。而江苏省是拥有几十万家 中小企业的大省，其中小企业的融资问题更加成为制约江苏省经济发展的大问题。文章正是 基于以上背景，尝试开拓中小企业融资的新渠道，对新兴的互联网金融发展模式进行研究， 并以江苏省一个中小企业为例，着重分析其融资所遇到的阻碍和未获得贷款的原因，进而以 互联网金融的出众之处为中小企业的融资难提出对策，帮助中小企业积极有序发展。85815

Abstract： Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the main force of social and economic development, representing the potential development and direction of a country。 Jiangsu province is a large province with thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises ,the financing problem of small enterprises has become a big problem restricting the economic development of Jiangsu province 。This article is based on the above background, try to open up new channels of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, research the new development of the emerging Internet financial model, and make a small and medium sized enterprises in Jiangsu Province as an example, analyzes the financing obstacles and not get loans to Internet financial reasons, and let the dominant position of the Internet finance to take measures to help SMEs develop actively and orderly。
