周口市承接产业转移问题探析

摘要

周口市地处中原，又作为人口大市、农业大市，具有良好的交通优势、人力资源优势和农业资源优势，且市场潜力大，十分适合劳动密集型产业、市场指向性产业以及农副产品加工业的发展。近年来，周口市紧紧抓住发达地区产业向中西部地区转移的重大机遇，加快承接发达地区的产业转移的步伐，不断完善基础设施，并取得了不小的成就。但在良好的发展势头下也存在着不小的问题，如：发展缓慢、优秀人才缺乏、配套设施不完善、资源浪费等一系列问题。本文以探析周口市在承接产业转移方面的问题为目的，参考国内外著名学者研究成果，借鉴其他区域承接产业转移的先进理念和成功经验，立足周口市实际情况以及调研数据，分析原因，提出建议，为周口市的经济发展提供相关参考。85401

Abstract
