摘  要：高校扩招以来，大学生数量逐年增长，人数的增长带来的是人际关系的复杂和大学生处理人际关系的难度增加，面对这一问题，进行大学生人际关系与沟通技巧探析的研究有利于促进大学生人际关系的改善。本文从师范学院抽取了大一至大四范围内的200名在校大学生，以他们为研究对象，采用问卷调查法与访谈法，探究大学生人际关系的现状，研究影响大学生人际关系的因素以及恶劣的人际关系的危害，并对如何改善大学生人际关系提出了对策建议。93207
