摘要：教师作为一个专门的职业，是教育体系的核心。师范生教育是培养教师的教育,在整个教育体系中处于本源的地位, 这种地位决定了师范生教育的指导思想、运行模式、培养机制等方面的实施程度与我国教师队伍的建设情况紧密相关。淮阴师范学院作为省属师范类院校，具备雄厚的教学实力。本文以范学院为研究对象，针对师范生的教育观进行总体的研究，从教师观、学生观以及职业认同感等方面入手，试图了解当前大学师范生现有的教育教学观念。同时分析教育观的形成原因，并粗略探讨今后教学实践过程中可能存在的问题及解决策略。92640

1 前言
师范生教育是一种培养“教师”的教育，是一种专门化的教育。它为我国的教师队伍不断输送优质的教育资源，直接关系到国家教育水平的发展，这也决定了师范生教育在整个教育体系中处于根本的地位。近年来，国家不断加大对教育的投入，重视教师管理的规范性。从职称改革到教师信息管理的完善，从免费师范生到加强师范生的教育实践，教育部不断出台政策帮助提高教育发展水平。师范生教育作为教师资源培养的“起点”，理应受到更多的重视。
