小学生非智力因素现状及其对学业成绩的影响分析

摘要：非智力因素与教育密切相关, 对于学生的身心健康及学业成绩有至关重要的影响。本人结合实习及做家教的经历，对小学生非智力因素的现状及其非智力因素对学业成绩的影响这一课题开展研究，研究者首先通过对小学生非智力因素发展的整体情况和存在的问题分析，进而分析了小学生几项非智力因素与学业成绩的关系，同时深入探究了影响小学生非智力因素发展的因素，最后结合实际对如何培养小学生非智力因素提出了一些教育对策。92273
