摘 要目的 了解大学生健康生活方式的认知、态度和行为情况，分析可能的影响因素，为干 预大学生健康行为提供依据。方法 采用多阶段抽样法对杭州某综合性大学 416 名大学生进 行问卷调查和数据分析。结果 大部分的大学生对健康的生活方式认识不够全面，58。4%的 大学生认为自己的生活方式不够健康，46。6%的大学生想要改进不健康的生活方式，大学生 健康生活方式平均总得分为 58。01。结论 大学生缺乏自我约束力，健康生活方式水平较低， 健康知识薄弱，不良生活方式广泛存在，需要重点提高认知的全面性、确立信念和态度的转 变以达到行为干预的目的。88610

Abstract: Objective To understand the cognition, attitudes and behaviors about healthy lifestyle present situation among the undergraduates, analyze the possible influence factors, and provide the theoretical basis for intervention to the healthy behavior of college students。 Methods Stratified cluster sampling was adopted on the 416 undergraduates in Hangzhou normal university, and analysis the received data。 Results Most of the college students do not know enough about healthy lifestyle, 58。4% of college students believe that their lifestyle is not healthy enough, 46。6% of college students want to improve the unhealthy lifestyle, the average score of healthy lifestyle of the college students is 58。01。 Conclusion The undergraduates' knowledge about the healthy lifestyle present situation were not completed well, college students lack of self-binding, and should be need to focus on improving cognitive comprehensiveness, established beliefs and attitudes change in order to achieve the purpose of behavior intervention。
