ABCC分类法+SPSS统计分析企业库存控制方法研究

摘要库存管理是一个企业的血脉，通过库存分析，可以为管理及决策人员提供库存资金占用情况、物资积压情况、短缺/超储情况、ABC分类情况等不同的统计分析信息。然而目前很多企业内部都存在着或多或少的库存管理问题。本文结合南京某公司一段时间内的库存数据，通过ABC分类法，帕累托图，并利用SPSS软件分时间段有针对性的进行统计分析，总结了其库存管理的一些状况并进而发现其中存在的问题，最后提出一些切实可行的意见和建议。10407

Title Enterprise inventory control methods: a enterprise as an example
Abstract
Inventory management is an enterprise’s veins,through the inventory analysis,the manager and decision maker can know the situation of stock funds occupy, the use of materials and the shortage of inventory.They can also know the ABC classification of the materials .But at present there are more or less inventory management problems in a lot of enterprise .
Based on the inventory data of a Nanjing enterprise,through the ABC classification ,Pareto diagram and the SPSS statistical analysis software, the author draws some conclusions of this company’s inventory control,and then find some problems.At last ,some suggestions are provided in this paper .

1 绪论
1．1 现代企业库存管理的背景和意义
库存管理主要是：“与库存物料的计划与控制有关的业务”，目的是支持生产运作。库存管理系统是生产、计划和控制的基础。本系统通过对仓库、货位等帐务管理及入/出库类型、入/出库单据的管理，及时反映各种物资的仓储、流向情况，为生产管理和成本核算提供依据。通过库存分析，为管理及决策人员提供库存资金占用情况、物资积压情况、短缺/超储情况、ABC分类情况等不同的统计分析信息．通过对批号的跟踪，实现专批专管，保证质量跟踪的贯通。因此库存管理对一个企业来说具有至关重要的作用。本文通过对某一公司目前库存信息数据的分析和讨论，找出该公司运营存在的一些问题，并结合实际提出一些意见和建议。 ABCC分类法+SPSS统计分析企业库存控制方法研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_9459.html
