摘要：随着国民经济的发展，现代化建设的步伐日益加快，建筑项目的规模不断增大，施工技术越来越复杂。这导致在实际的建设项目施工过程中，面临的不确定因素越来越多。在一个建筑项目中，建筑合同扮演重要的角色，承发包双方通过施工合同来确定权利义务关系。因此，在整个建设过程中，如何管理施工合同，是企业能否健康发展的关键。施工企业在建设过程中，应根据合同的特点和企业自身的实际情况，制定合理的风险管理策略。80987

Risk Management of Construction Contract in Construction Enterprises
