摘要：选址问题是企业打造物流系统第一个面临选择的问题，合理的选址不仅可以解决运输距离较远的问题，同时也可以为自身以后的发展奠定良好的基础。决策者可以依据客观事实建立合理的层次结构图，将各种影响因素做出对比分析，结合定量分析法输出最符合决策者要求的目标地址。选址问题已是企业战略层次的研究目标，它决定了以配送中心为节点的物流网络的结构和发展，这一问题的研究能够有效提高公司整个物流系统的效率。本文以物流配送中心以及相关的理论为支撑，详尽地介绍了几种典型的分析研究，深入研究了基于AHP方法的选址流程、原则、指针体系的构建以及指标权重的确定，着重阐述了实际问题中选择指标，模型建立，并对选址问题研究分析，对选址结果提出科学的评价。 80552
