摘要21世纪，随着社会经济的发展，互联网、云计算、大数据、物联网等高新信息技术也同样快速发展，与此同时，互联网技术也渗透到社会生活的各方各面。李克强在第十二届全国人大三次会议上，第一次提出了“互联网+”的行动计划，表明我们已经迈入了“互联网+”的时代。而“互联网+”不仅仅是在许多传统行业中得到了极大的应用及发展，更极大的促进了技术与管理模式的创新。在“互联网+”的趋势下，更多信息技术与生产性服务业、现代制造业等进行融合创新，从而形成新的经营管理模式，更好的提升企业的竞争力。对于企业而言，只有密切关注并适应这种大的时代环境，不断地创新自己的运营模式，才可以在这种环境下得以生存。80169

本文将从“互联网+”的现状及趋势入手，结合企业运营管理的内容及特点，以江苏企业为例，主要从企业组织生产模式、产品品质定位、定价策略、企业分销渠道及消费关系的互动重建等方面对江苏企业的运营管理的创新途径进行研究，从而对在“互联网+”趋势下的企业运营管理提供有效的运营启示及策略。

本研究揭示在“互联网+”的情境中，社会变革的条件下，对企业运营管理模式的重新思索，分析了传统企业运营管理模式的劣势，并为江苏企业运营管理的的创新提供有效途径。本文研究对引导企业进行创新变革，引领后续研究，具有非常重要的作用。
