摘  要：在对睢宁县实地调查基础上，探寻其土地利用的转型与发展的规律。研究表明：在二十一世纪初的十年间，睢宁县乡村土地利用转型主要是以农田转型为建设土地，林地、园地、未利用地等土地利用类型面积逐年减少，建设和工业等土地面积逐年增加，并且对睢宁县土地转型的耦合度进行计算和分析。最后针对睢宁县土地利用转型的数量结构和空间上的耦合的分析得出的结论，提出了优化睢宁县土地合理利用的建议。79642

Abstract: The Suining County mainly carries on the quantitative analysis, in certain data contrast supplemented by qualitative analysis, scientific comprehensive analysis the land use model transformation, through investigation of Suining County was dominated by agriculture, transformation and development of the land use research。 Data show that in the 21st century at the beginning of the decade, Suining County rural land use transition is mainly to farmland transformation for construction land, woodland, unused land and land use type area decreased year by year, construction and industrial land area has increased year by year, and the Sui Ning county land transformation coupling degree are calculated and analyzed。 Finally, based on the analysis of the quantity structure and spatial coupling analysis of land use change in Suining County, this chapter puts forward the suggestions to optimize the land use in Suining county。

1 前言

改革开放之后，我国整个社会物质条件得到稳步发展，生产力发展能力得到持续进步，但农村的改革发展也逐渐落后于城市，农村在经济发展、工业建设、文化发展等各个方面远落后于城市。乡村的经济发展与乡村的土地利用转型状况息息相关。现阶段，我国土地利用转型问题十分普遍，国内外学者对这一问题都提出自己的见解。对土地利用转型的研究程度从某种意义上来说决定了我国城市和农村经济进一步发展的脚步，所以土地利用转型的研究与分析迫在眉睫。本文以以传统农业为主的睢宁县为研究对象，基于2000-2010年睢宁县乡镇社会经济数据与土地利用基础数据，从土地利用转型的空间结构和数量结构两个方面分析睢宁县乡村土地利用转型发展的特征，总结出现阶段睢宁县土地发展转型的问题以及其中存在的一些问题。

2 土地利用转型的内涵及研究意义

2。1 内涵
