摘 要公安派出所作为我国公安队伍的基层一线单位，承担着较为繁重的工作任务。公安派出所民警的工作满意度高低直接关系到公安工作的成效，提高公安派出所民警的工作满意度一方面有助于提高民警的主人翁精神和职业归属感；另一方面有助于全面夯实公安工作基础，筑牢基层维稳根基。本文依托河南警察学院重点项目，以长葛市公安局公安派出所民警为调查对象，了解当前长葛市公安派出所民警工作满意度的现状，从优化公安派出所民警的工作环境、完善健康保护机制、建立职业生涯发展模型、创建健康档案等方面来提出提升公安派出所民警工作满意度的建议，为公安管理工作提供对策参考。 78496
