洪泽湖生态经济区土地资源承载力评价

摘要：全球化和城市化的快速发展使土地资源承载力已成为衡量区域可持续发展的一项重要指标，但如今土地资源的可持续发展的开发和利用不断承受着巨大的压力。因此本文以淮安和宿迁各个区县为基础，选取能够准确反映土地资源承载力的9个指标，采用因子分析法对洪泽湖生态经济区从2009年到2013年的土地资源承载力进行评价。结果表明，近年来，随着经济的发展，洪泽湖生态经济区土地资源承载力总体呈下降趋势，其中环境综合质量指数、城镇人均可支配收入以及人口密度等对土地资源综合承载力的评价影响较大，尤其经济发展水平对土地资源承载力的影响最为显著。为了让洪泽湖地区在经济、社会与环境方面朝着更加全面协调的方向发展，各地应当积极转变经济发展方式，努力提高土地利用率，优化土地利用方式。77997

Abstract: A vital target to make an evaluate regional sustainable development which is the bearing capacity which belongs to the use of land resources because today is a high-speed day。Land resources’ sustainable development and utilization is under tremendous pressure which has last for a long time 。 This article on the basis of Huai’an and Suqian various districts and counties, selection can accurately reflect the bearing capacity of land resources nine indicators, using factor analysis method of Hongze lake ecological economic zone from 2009 to 2013, evaluating the bearing capacity of land resources。 The Hongze lake ecological economic zone land resource carrying capacity in general is on the decline with economic development from the results which we investigated during the past few years, between them ,complex indices of environmental quality, disposable income of urban per captia urban per capita and density of population, accounting for a large proportion of the land resources comprehensive evaluation, among them ,especially economic development make the most effect on the bearing capacity of land resources。 In order to guarantee the hongze lake natural region in order to economic and environmental development in the direction of more comprehensive coordination actively,making efforts to improve the land utilization and optimization of land use。

1 前言

1。1 研究背景

当今社会大力发展经济，造成了生产资料和资源消耗速度加快，而对于土地资源来说，各种问题也逐渐暴露出来，比如可利用土地面积不断减少，比如人地关系紧张、人均耕地减少、土地结构急剧变化等等。这些问题对土地资源的可持续开发利用造成了非常大的压力。我国在快速发展的当今遇到了一个严峻的问题，那就是我国现阶段的经济发展主要还是依靠消耗各类资源的高成本扩张道路，并为此付出了巨大的环境代价。随着可持续发展理论和方法的不断完善，区域土地评价现已成为实践热点，各种各样关于土地资源承载力的研究正如火如荼的展开[1]。本论文主要采用因子分析法，因子分析是主成分分析法[2]的推广和深化[3]。洪泽湖生态经济区土地资源承载力评价:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_89759.html
