绿色管理理论对淮安市产业绩效优化的启示研究

摘要：由于现在的污染越来越严重，淮安市产业经济活动日益引起的环境问题已经让当地政府和学术界越来越重视起来。特别是近年来，淮安很多没有接触到可持续发展的道路问题的行业和领域也得到越来越多的关注。此篇论文在参考相关资料的根据上，就从绿色管理的内涵意义、调研角度、影响因素和相关解决对策等方面对淮安市产业绩效优化进行了相关讨论,提出了淮安产业树立绿色经营理念、创建绿色管理组织、健全绿色管理理论产业链、健全绿色管理理论制度与机制。77841

Abstract: due to the act that pollution is becoming more and more serious, the environmental problems caused by the industrial economic activities in Huaian city have been getting more and more attention from the local government and the academic community。 Especially in recent years, Huaian has not been exposed to the sustainable development of the road problems in the industry and the field has become more and more attention。 This paper which is be in reference on the foundation of relevant data, from the connotation of green management, research perspective, to influencing factors and related countermeasures,they have the relevant discussion on the optimization of industrial performance,and puts forward that the Huaian industrial should set up green business philosophy, mprove the system and mechanism of green management theory。

1 引言

在2012年初，绿色管理理论慢慢发展起来，环境污染和食品安全迫切要求企业转变发展方式，积极进行技术创新。该理论研究热点成为重要的战略管理以及环境管理等研究领域的研究对象。2012年1月，国际管理学院以“绿色管理事项”的主题开展了声势浩大的环保管理研讨会，让管理理论学术领域投入了诸多目光。而现在，绿色管理理论想要让企业在盈利的同时承担社会责任，积极保护环境，因此在绿色管理理论涉及的每个层次和领域都时时刻刻要求企业应该保护环境，运用绿色管理理论去生产。绿色管理理论让企业颠覆传统观点，是经济领域的一场，同时也标志着企业在从粗放式发展向科学的可持续的方式转变[1]。绿色管理理论对淮安市产业绩效优化的启示研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_89522.html
