摘要近年来,在我国养老需求不断增加、家庭养老功能逐渐弱化的背景下,机构养老逐渐成 为人们认可的养老方式。但是由于我国的养老机构起步晚,发展不充分，养老机构专业化程 度还比较低。而目前养老机构服务专业化程度比较低是制约养老服务发展的最主要问题。 作者通过实地调研，了解了 Z 市 X 养老院入住老人情况等方面的状况，对养老院服务方面 存在的问题进行了分析。在实地调研中，作者通过个案工作对老人和对工作人员介入，并 且对结果进行评估，更加深入地认识到 X 养老院在服务专业化方面存在的不足。最后，作 者结合实地调研，针对服务过程中发现的服务专业性的不足，从促进社会工作者服务专业 化方面、养老机构服务专业化方面提出建议，从而推动养老院更全面的发展，为老人提供 更加高质量的服务，让老年人拥有丰富日常生活的同时拥有充裕的精神生活，让老人度过 健康、舒适的晚年。75920

TitleThe Study of Social Work Intervention in the Professional
Service of the Pension Agency
Abstract
In recent years, pension demand increases continuously in China。The function of family endowment is gradually weakening。The pension agency has gradually become the accepted way of pension。Because the pension institutions in China started late, and development is not sufficient, the degree of specialization of pension institutions is low, which the main problem of restricting the development of pension services。Through field research, We learned about the situation of the X nursing home of Z City such as the situation of the elderly,and analyzed the problems existing in the nursing home services。By taking the case work and interviews for the elderly as well as the staff and evaluating the results, we can be more deeply aware of the shortcomings of the X nursing home in the service specialization。 Based on on-the-spot investigation and according to the problems found in the service process of professional service, the author puts forward the suggestions from three aspects, which are suggestions for promoting professional service of social workers and professional services for the aged care institutions, in order to promote the nursing home get a more comprehensive development。 By receiving higher quality services for the elderly, the elderly will have rich daily lives and spiritual lives。 The elderly can live a healthy and comfortable old age。
