摘要：城市节庆旅游产业化发展是当今现代城市旅游业发展的重要部分。城市节庆旅游发展迅速，但是产业化发展不足，无法形成规模，导致许多城市在发展节庆旅游时存在各种各样的问题。为了探究城市节庆旅游产业化发展的过程，选取溧阳茶叶节的发展为案例。首先介绍了溧阳市的旅游资源情况和溧阳茶叶节的举办情况，然后用层次分析法对溧阳市的旅游资源进行分析，指出溧阳茶叶节发展存在的问题，即产业化发展不足。依据溧阳市的情况提出在溧阳茶叶节产业化发展的过程中要设计一条合理完整的产业链，依据产业链的结构来确定从生产到消费中各个环节的发展对策的发展思路。72919

Abstract：The development of local festival tourism industrialization is an important part of city tourism。 The festival tourism is developing with high speed nowadays。 But it lacks the development of industrialization and cannot form a certain size that lead to a variety of problems in developing city festival tourism。 In order to make a deep exploration in developing process of city festival tourism, the paper takes Liyang Tea Festival as an example。 Firstly, the paper introduces the resource of Liyang and classifies the tourism resources of Liyang province。 Followed is the analysis of the tourism resources of Liyang province by the method of AHP 。Secondly, it introduces the problem in developing is lack of industrialization。 It brings up future development on the train of thought that to design a complete and rational industry chain and determine the development strategies of each link from supply to consumption according to the structure of industry chain。
