摘要:随着经济的发展，各行各业的排队问题日益凸显，尤其是餐饮行业。排队问题直接影响着顾客对餐厅的满意程度，是影响餐厅营收的重要因素。出于经济的考虑，多数餐厅无法通过有效措施来降低顾客整体排队时长，进而提升顾客满意程度。基于此，本文借助分析国内外对排队管理方面的研究，结合顾客排队管理和顾客满意度的相关理论，立足于海底捞的实证研究。借助问卷调查的方式，收集并整理出排队过程中影响顾客满意程度的有关因素。并从提升顾客在排队过程中体验的角度出发，提出相关改进意见，增强企业核心竞争力，为餐饮企业在排队管理实践方面打开新的方向。 72748

Research on Restaurant Queuing Management Based on Customer Satisfaction

Abstract: With the development of the economy, the queuing problem of all walks of life has become increasingly prominent, especially in the catering industry。 Queuing problem directly affects the customer satisfaction with the restaurant, is an important factor affecting the restaurant revenue。 For economic reasons, most restaurants can not be effective measures to reduce the overall customer queuing time, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction。 Based on this, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research on queuing management, combined with customer queuing management and customer satisfaction theory, based on the empirical study of sea fishing。 With the questionnaire survey, collecting and sorting out the relevant factors affecting the queuing process of customer satisfaction。 And from the perspective of improving customers in the process of queuing to experience, put forward relevant improvements, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, catering enterprises in the queue management practice to open a new direction。
