摘要随着20世纪80年代以来我国取消住房分配制度，房地产业开始在我国大规模发展起来。同样地，房地产中介行业作为房地产业的重要一环，也随之快速发展起来。通俗地来说，房地产业与房地产中介行业是相辅相成的，通过研究房地产中介行业的生存状况以及存在的问题可以给房地产业提供指导。72311
本文基于对房地产中介行业的研究，来探讨目前房地产中介行业的生存状况，并找出目前所存在的问题或者需要完善的地方，通过国内外发达地区房地产中介行业的发展情况以及制度、法律等方面的特点，结合国内常州市的房地产中介行业具体情况来具体分析，针对存在的问题提出改进的方案，从而促进房地产中介行业更好地发展。

Abstract With the death of the housing allocation policy in China since 1980s, the real estate industry is becoming more and more powerful in our society。 Similarly, the real estate intermediary industry as one of the most important aspects of the real estate industry, has got rapid development。 Generally speaking, the real estate industry and real estate intermediary industry complement each other。 Through the research of the condition of the real estate intermediary industry and its existing problems ,we can achieve guidance to help the real estate。
In this paper, which based on the research of real estate intermediary industry, to explore the survival condition of the real estate intermediary industry at present and discover the current problems or need to work out。 Through the development of real estate intermediary industry of developed region at home and abroad and its institutional, legal, and other advantages, which combined with the real estate intermediary industry of Changzhou city。 According to the specific conditions , putting forward the improved scheme for the existing problems, so as to promote the development of real estate intermediary industry better。
