常州市土地资源可持续利用评价研究

摘要土地资源是人类社会不可或缺的生存基础，是社会经济飞速发展的源泉。但是，人类为了社会财富的迅速实现，浪费与滥用土地资源的行为，使人类社会的生存与发展亮起了红灯，现实要求土地可持续利用评价研究由理论走向实践。本文的研究目的是通过对常州市土地利用的现状和有效条件，对当前土地资源可持续利用水平进行动态变化趋势的判断。文章归纳了土地、土地可持续利用和土地可持续利用评价的内涵，回顾了国内外学者对土地可持续利用的看法和分析，本文以江苏省常州市为例进行研究。从常州市的土地利用现状和常州市土地持续利用的目标、原则和影响因素入手，以资源环境合理性、经济可行性和社会可接受性三个方面及其13个指标构建了评价指标体系，利用层次分析法和无量纲化处理计算综合评价值，对常州市土地可持续利用水平进行科学客观的分析与评价，针对常州市土地利用中存在的土地利用结构不合理、资源浪费、投入不足和农业产出低等问题提出相应的对策。72301

An Appraisal of Sustainable Utilization of Land Resource

Abstract Land resource is indispensable survival foundation to human society , is the source of the social economic rapid development。 However, human beings waste and abuse land resources just for the rapid implementation of the social wealth。 Make the red light of rapid development of economy be on。 So the cruel reality ask sustainable land use evaluation study from theory to practice。 The purpose of this study is through the Changzhou city land utilization present situation to judge the change trend of the current land resource sustainable utilization level。 The article sums up the connotation of Land, land sustainable use and sustainable land use evaluation, reviews the domestic and foreign scholars’ view of sustainable land use and analysis。 This paper study takes Changzhou city, Jiangsu province for example。 To start with Changzhou city’s land utilization present situation , the goal , the principle and influence factors of Changzhou city land sustainable use, through the rationality of the resources and environment, economic feasibility and social acceptability three aspects and its 13 indicators。 The article use the analytic hierarchy process and the dimensionless processing to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value。 Evaluating the level of Changzhou sustainable land use sientifically and objectively。 Aim at Changzhou unreasonable land use structure, waste of resources, inadequate investment and low agricultural output 。 Analyse the existing problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures。
