Abstract：After the return of Hongkong, the number of Chinese mainland tourists to Hong Kong tourism rapid growth。 However, from the beginning of 2014, the mainland market in Hongkong region is slightly deserted。 It can be seen from the results of data statistics that there are many problems in Hongkong's mainland tourism market。

Based on the present situation of mainland tourist market in Hong Kong, the use of PEST analysis method which analysis Hong Kong politics, economy, society and technology of four factors on the mainland tourist market influence then found all kinds of problems。 Based on the policy perspective, the government led policy measures to reshape the tourism image of Hongkong, improve the competitiveness of tourism in Hongkong and finally restore the vitality of the tourism industry in Hongkong。
