摘要网络社会的本质是一个开放演化、具有耦合作用和适应性的复杂网络系统。网络社会治理作为一项复杂的社会系统工程，已经成为影响国家治理能力和现状的重要领域。然而现有的网络社会治理研究所采取的理论范式大多充满了西方的治理机制及思路基础，既难以适应中国的特殊国情及复杂社会现状，也缺乏对网络社会本质的系统研究。71062

复杂系统理论与网络社会治理具有内在契合性，能够解释网络社会复杂性产生的内在机理及其规律，并为网络社会治理提供全新的研究范式。复杂系统理论表明，一个系统越复杂，则其对于系统协调的要求则越高，协同效应也愈加显著。

文章创新性地将复杂系统理论引入当代中国网络社会治理的分析框架中，深入剖析网络社会的复杂网络结构及其特征，立足于中国现代化发展的时代背景，综合运用复杂性科学、协同学、管理学等多学科理论和方法，在多学科交叉的理论框架基础上，从宏观高度出发，合理地构建了当代中国网络社会的协同治理模式，为我国网络社会治理提供全新的治理思路，为我国相关工作的开展提供理论范式参考。

Network society is in essence a complex network system that is open, evolving and adaptable and posses a coupling function. Network society governance is a large-scale and complex project, which has been an important factor impacting on the national governance capacity and the development status of a country. However, the existing theoretical paradigms widely applied in previous research on network society governance mostly exemplify western thoughting contents, making it hard to adapt to the situation in comtempory China. At the same time, those traditional models of network society governance are short of systematic study on the essence of network society.

Complex systems theory has an intrinsic correspondence with network society governance. It can reveal the inherent occurrence mechanism and rules by the complexity of network society, and provides a new model for research into network society governance. Complex systems theory indicates that the more complex a system is, the greater will be its requirements for systemic coordination and the more apparent its collaborative effects. 

This thesis creatively brings complex systems theory into the framewok of network society governance to further analyze its complex network structure and the characteristics. With the theories and methods of complex systems theory, synergetics and management science etc. being utilized, the thesis establishes a kind of collaborative model of network society governance from an interdisciplinary and macroscopic perspective on the background of contemporary China. The collaborative model established by this thesis provides a new model for research into network society governance in contemporary China, and can serve as a reference for future work.
