摘要在产品设计中，设计过程中知识的获取、传递和运用成为产品最终成功实现市场化的关键因素。因此，设计人员的知识供应效率对产品设计取得全面成功具有重要作用，这就必须在设计过程中给设计决策提供足够的知识支持。63655

本文首先通过文献调研对产品设计系统进行研究，分析了产品设计系统的研究现状和发展态势，同时简单的介绍了国内外知识工程的研究现状；其次，研究了产品设计中的有关基本概念、理论和技术，并从产品设计的定义入手，分析了产品设计中的知识分类、产品设计的知识获取、产品设计的基本模式；再次，论述了产品方案设计和参数化设计的概念，以复进机方案的设计为例，分析了基于知识工程的产品设计和基于实例的参数化设计方法，重点研究了复进机方案设计的需求分析、数据库的设计和相似实例的检索匹配过程；最后，在上述研究的基础上，开发了复进机方案设计的原型系统，并论证了系统主要功能模块的实现、关键技术与验证了设计方法应用的有效性。

Title The Development of Component Design Application System

Abstract

In the product design, the acquisition, transfer and use of knowledge of the design process has become the key factor to succeed product market. Therefore, the supply efficiency of the knowledge for design personnel's plays a key role to the overall success in the product design, so it must provide enough knowledge to support design decisions in the design process.

Firstly, through literature research on product design system, and analyses the present research situation and development trend of product design system, and simply introduces the research status of knowledge engineering at home and abroad. Then, studied in product design concepts, theory and technology, starting from the definition of the product design, analyzes the knowledge classification of the product design, knowledge acquisition of the product design, and process of the product design; introduces the concept of product scheme design and parameterized design briefly. To design the recuperator scheme as an example, and analyzes the product design based on knowledge engineering and the method of parametric design based on the examples, analyze the needs of the recuperator design and the design of the database and the matching process of the similar case retrieval. Finally, on the basis of the above research, developed the prototype system for the design of the recuperator scheme, and prove the implementation of main modules of the system and its key technologies and application of prototype system verifies the effectiveness of the method of product design.
