摘要：本文阐述了现阶段国外以及我们国家在建筑工程项目建设过程中的安全等级的评定以及应对管理技术，通过查阅文献以及施工单位以往发生的事故经验，分析了已经发生施工安全管理的优点以及不足，通过建筑工程项目事故的调研，研究分析了其发生的原因。论文采用模糊分析法和层次分析法的研究方法建立建设工程项目安全管理的数学模型，运用隶属函数，结合科学的系统分析，将不同情况下的建设安全因素量化并进行定量计算，研究分析项目建设过程的安全性。论文结合明天雅苑建设项目，研究分析得到该项目建设的安全性整体得分，并提出相应的改进措施，为该建设项目安全管理提供了有益的指导。58168

Research on the safety management technology of Mingtian Estate’ s construction
Abstract:This paper summarizes the overseas and our country at present stage in the process of construction of houses safe level how to assess and deal with the management of technology,through the literature and the construction units before accident experience,summed up the advantages and the disadvantages of construction safety management has already happened,through the analysis of the accident.Using fuzzy analysis method and analytic hierarchy process method to establish mathematical model,using professional membership function,combining scientific factor analysis,quantification and under different conditions of constructions safety factor in calculation,through mathematical analysis to achieve the role of evaluation in the process of project construction.This paper combined the congstruction of Mingtian Estate,research and analyze to get the safety of the construction of the project overall score,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures,in order to provide useful guidance for the construction projects.
