摘要工程项目全寿命周期成本（LCC）控制是站在全社会的角度, 以工程项目的全寿命周期成本为控制对象, 通过一定的技术和方法对建设项目各个阶段成本、各要素成本之间的相互关系进行分析, 采用相应的措施, 实现工程项目全寿命周期成本最优。过去对工程项目着重强调初始建造成本, 而对未来的运营和维护维修成本不予考虑或考虑很少, 这是不合理的。 实际上, 在全寿命周期成本中, 初始建造成本只是其中的一小部分。因此对工程项目必须进行全寿命周期的成本分析、 控制与管理。本文基于全寿命周期成本理论的基础，分析全寿命周期成本分析的目的、方法、手段以及意义，论述了在工程项目全阶段的全寿命周期成本理论的运用。本文详细阐述了全寿命周期成本分析的的理论基础，剖析了全寿命周期各阶段成本控制重点。56092

Abstract The project life cycle cost （LCC）control is standing in the angle of the whole society, based on the life cycle cost of engineering project as the control object, to analysis of the relationship between the technology and methods for different stages in the project construction cost, the factor cost, using the corresponding measures, the realization of project life cycle cost optimal. In the past the project emphasizes the initial construction cost, and for the future operation and maintenance repair costs will not be considered or considered rarely, it is not reasonable. In fact, in the whole life cycle cost, initial construction cost is only a small part of. Analysis, so the project must be total life cycle cost control and management. This paper based on life cycle cost theory, analysis of objective, method, means and significance of the total life cycle cost analysis, discusses the application in project stage of the life cycle cost theory. This paper expounds the theoretical foundation of the whole life cycle cost analysis, analysis of the key cost control in each stage of the life cycle.
