摘要随着经济全球化程度日益加深，我国的社会主义市场经济体制逐步建立和完善，我国建筑企业的经营环境发生了巨大的变化。随着中国对外开放的程度逐渐扩大，先进的工程项目发包模式也进入中国，带动了国内工程公司的承发包水平的提高。国外公司进入中国市场，国内公司也逐步进入国际市场。国际建设市场的竞争越来越严峻，而很多国内公司依靠政策优势参与竞争，专业水平较差，无法适应国际建设市场的竞争。随着中国对外开放的程度逐渐扩大，先进的工程项目发包模式也进入中国，带动了国内工程公司的承发包水平的提高。本文通过对国内国际上的EPC施工总承包、CM模式以及BOT带资承包方式的实际案例分析研究，取长补短、开拓创新。为了适应市场竞争的需求，对建设承包模式进行对比分析研究。从而取长补短，对先进的承发包模式进行分析研究，引进和借鉴国际上先进的承发包模式，提高我国工程项目企业的竞争力。51662

Abstract
As the degree of economic globalization deepens， China's socialist market economic system gradually establish and perfect， our country construction enterprise's management environment changed dramatically. With China's opening to the outside world the extent of gradually expanding， advanced engineering project contract mode into China， and also led to the improvement of domestic engineering company of contracting. Foreign companies entering the Chinese market， domestic companies are gradually entering the international market. The international construction market competition is more and more serious， and many rely on domestic policy advantage to participate in the competition， professional level is poor， cannot adapt to the international construction market competition. In order to meet the requirement of market competition， and the comparative analysis study on the construction contract mode.
