ABSTRACT

Enterprise culture in the enterprise development process  becomes more and more important. But  in the building of enterprise culture, there are still many unresolved issues. At the same time when explaining related theories and knowledge of what is enterprise culture, why corporate culture is important, which sveral stages enterprise culture is pided into and the world coffee ,this paper focuses on specific operations and results of world coffee applied in various stages of  cultural development of Blue Bridge pharmaceutical companies .Discover how to unite the collective wisdom of employees, the text reflects the Human-centered, scientific management, the enterprise culture has become the core competitiveness of enterprises to play its due role.

0. 引言
