摘要本文在对商业银行竞争力研究的现状及研究意义，相关主要研究综述进行分析的基础之上，将现实竞争力及潜在竞争力作为中小银行竞争力评价的理论基础，围绕盈利能力、流动能力、安全能力、治理能力、人力资源能力、创新能力几个层面，选择相对应的评价指标来构建中小银行竞争力评价体系。并选取了我国7家中小银行，即4家股份制银行及3家地方城市银行，通过采用变异系数的方法并结合比较分析的方式对我国的中小银行的综合竞争实力进行实证分析及评价，得出中小银行竞争力的评价结果，即中小银行的综合竞争实力与国有商业银行尚存在一定的距离，并且中小银行的竞争能力强弱水平相对分散，各家中小银行的发展能力水平不均衡，实力悬殊。最后，根据实证分析的成果，文中从增强中小银行的内部竞争力及强化中小银行外部金融环境建设这两大方面来对中小银行今后的成长提出相应的战略对策。49245

A Study of the Competitiveness Evaluation of Small and Medium Sized Banks
Abstract

Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the from the enhancement of small and medium-sized banks internal competitiveness and strengthen the small and medium-sized banks external financial environment of the two aspects of small and medium-sized banks in the future growth and development put forward corresponding countermeasures.
