群体性事件中非直接利益参与主体行为研究

摘要非直接利益参与主体是在群体性事件中与事件本身无直接利益相关人群组成的偶合群体，其行为选择在很大程度上决定了群体性事件的规模和性质。对群体性事件中非直接利益群体的行为进行理论分析有助于为全面认识和正确处理群体性事件，实现社会稳定的最大化。在界定了群体性事件及非直接利益性主体的概念的基础上，本文对非直接利益主体行为及其所起的不同作用进行了阐述。接着，着重运用社会心理学、集体行动和传播学理论对非直接利益参与主体的行为进行了分析，并基于以上理论分析从政府角色转变和社会管理创新角度提出正确引导和处理群体性事件的合理化建议。46863

Research on the Non-direct Interest Participants’ Action in Mass Incidents

Abstract

Non-direct interest participants are the accidental group in mass incidents which has no direct interest with the event. However, their action decides the scale and property of the mass incidents at great extent. Analyzing the non-direct interest participants in mass incidents and clarifying their classification and function could help make mass incidents fully comprehend and rightly handle them and realize the maximization of social stability. On the basis of the defined concept of mass incidents and non-direct interest participants, this paper described the action of non-direct interest participants and the different function it had made. Then, more attention has been paid to the analysis of non-interest participants’ action by the theory of social psychology, social action and communication science, based on the above theoretical analysis, advice has been made from the point of view of innovation in social control mechanism and the transformation in the role of government.

0引言

改革开放30几年来，我国在政治、经济、文化和社会等领域都取得了举世瞩目的成就，人民生活水平也发生了翻天覆地的变化。但同时，我国的社会结构也经历着剧烈的转型：由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转变，由传统农业社会向现代工业社会转变，由封闭半封闭型社会向开放型社会转变。在经济高速增长和迅速转轨的背景下，众多社会矛盾日益凸显，并以群体性事件的形式表现出来，成为影响社会稳定和经济发展的重大社会问题。

稳定对发展的作用毋庸置疑，没有稳定的社会环境和政治环境，我们既已取得的成果就难以为继。近来年，我国的群体性事件日益增多，主要表现为类型复杂、规模扩大、表现形式多样、波及范围广、发生频率高，这极大地动摇了社会稳定，影响了正常的经济建设和生活秩序，成为政府必须面对和着力解决的紧迫任务，也成为公众及社会各界关注的热点问题。群体性事件中非直接利益参与主体行为研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_48697.html
