摘要旅游业是“朝阳产业”。在旅游业快速发展的今天，人民的出游方式也悄然发生变化。城市轨道交通作为大运量、低能耗的交通方式，近年来受到城市建设者和出行者的欢迎。本文主要研究的是地铁开通前后对游憩业客流量的变化程度。46337
本文总共分为四个部分。第一部分主要介绍的是研究的背景、意义、国内外文献综述以及研究的目标、内容以及方法。
第二部分是相关概念阐述，主要对城市轨道交通、游憩业等作出了阐述。
第三部分是本文的核心章节。主要是为了分析南京地铁3号线开通前后对游憩业的影响。首先对南京地铁的网络进行介绍，接着主要介绍为什么会选择南京地铁3号线作为研究对象并且简单将所选的宜家、红星美凯龙、南京砂之船艺术商业广场、弘阳广场以及白鹭洲公园这几个案例点进行了介绍。接着主要介绍的是获取数据的方法以及分析方法，然后将数据分好类别，主要对地铁开通前后案例地餐饮、购物、休闲、住宿、客流量、停车场客流量、客流分布以及客流量空间分布进行了探讨。
第四部分是本篇论文的结论与展望，将所得的结论进行归纳整理，并对以后地铁站点的选址等方面提出了建议，最后分析出不足并对未来的研究方法以手段应该如何给出相应的对策。

ABSTRACT Tourism has been renowned as“TheMost Promising Industry”. With the fast developing of tourism industry, the traveling ways also changes greatly. Nowadays, urban rail transit becomes more and more popular with city constructors and travelers for its large-traffic-capacity and low-energy-consumption characters. The paper studies the degree of change beforeand after the subway opened to traffic in the recreation industry.
This article altogether is pided into four parts. The first part introduces the research background, significance, domestic and international literature review and research objectives, content and methods.
The second part describes the concepts, mainly for urban rail transportation, recreational business district has made elaborate.
The third part is the core section of this article. Mainly in order to analyze the impact before and after the Nanjing Metro Line 3 opened for recreation industry. First introduced in Nanjing metro network, and then describes why choose Nanjing Metro Line 3 as the research object and simply selected KEA, Red Star Macalline, Nanjing Sand Boat Art Commercial Plaza, Hong Yang Square and Nanjing Bailuzhou Park several cases points are introduced. Then introduces the data acquisition methods and analytical methods, and then the data is pided into many categories, mainly on the case before and after the subway opened to dining, shopping, recreation, accommodation, traffic, car traffic, traffic distribution and spatial distribution of traffic were discussed.
The fourth part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper, the results obtaibed were finishing, and later the site of the the subway stations and other aspects of the recommendation, the final analysis inadequate and analyze how to make further studies in the future.
