摘要市场经济是信用经济，然而我国企业发展频频受到信用风险的威胁，信用问题扰乱市场秩序的现象屡见不鲜。供应链是市场经济的产物，其中的企业通过与其上下游企业的相互合作来提高自身竞争力，竞争自然而然从企业之间扩大到供应链之间。供应链管理在20世纪80年代被提出后便迅速发展，在各企业得到了充分应用。然而，供应链在我国起步晚，直到2000年马士华等所著的《供应链管理》才标志着国内供应链管理研究的理论体系初步建立，专门针对供应链领域的企业信用管理仍有较大的发展空间。在供应链企业信用管理方面，我国企业的信用意识较弱，更普遍缺乏管理的方法。供应链作为集成、协同的一体，其中的任一企业的风险都可能导致整个供应链的损失。45574
本文将企业信用管理知识融入到供应链这一至今较少涉及的领域，同时考虑到涉及的层面过宽，笔者选取了作为供应链中最关键一环的供应链管理企业为切入口。翻阅了大量供应链相关书籍，在华鹏飞供应链企业经理的授课中借鉴其信用管理办法，结合调查所得的我国供应链企业现状，尝试提出具有广泛应用意义的供应链信用管理实务。

Abstract
Market-oriented economy is credit-oriented. However, the development of enterprises in our country is often threatened by credit risk, and credit issues disturb market order frequently.
Supply chain is the product of the market economy. To improve competitiveness, the enterprises in supply chain cooperation with their upstream and downstream enterprises, as result, the competition between enterprises expands to the whole supply chain. In twentieth Century 80 years, the theory of supply chain management had been advanced and developed rapidly, obtaining the full application in the enterprise. However, the supply chain in China started lately until Ma Shihua published the book of "supply chain management" in 2000, which has marked the domestic research on supply chain management theory system was initially established. Based on this, there is still large development space of supply chain, especially in its aspect of credit management. As to the credit management of supply chain enterprises, the credit awareness of enterprises in our country is relatively weak, let alone the shortage of credit management method generally. Supply chain works as a group in integration and collaboration, risk of any members can lead to the loss of the whole supply chain.
In this paper, author would integrate the knowledge of enterprise credit management into the supply chain that has less involved area, while taking into account that the involved area is too wide, the author selected supply chain management enterprise as breakthrough point. Reading a lot of supply chain related books, learning from a supply chain enterprise manager their management approach, and combining the results of investigation with the enterprises current situation, author try to put the supply chain credit management theory into wide practice.
