摘要对于企业目前的发展战略,人力资源管理越来越显示出其重要性,而员工激励作为人力资源管理的重要手段,是许多企业管理者考虑的主要问题。科学合理规范有效的激励手段既能充分调动员工的积极性,更能长久的帮助企业招揽人才、留住人才,为企业的成长和发展打下坚实的基础。45415
在当前的社会环境下,不断开放的市场经济,使民营企业在市场活动中越来越活跃,在提供就业和创造社会财富方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。我国的人力资源管理所存在的一些问题也随之暴露出来,尤其是在民营企业中:民营企业资本不够雄厚、缺少创新型人才、在人才市场没有足够的吸引力、人员流动大、不能很好的适应市场经济发展的节奏;加之跨国公司和国企相对丰厚的薪资、系统的人员激励机制等等。在当前环境下我国民营企业受这些因素的影响越来越大,为解决这些难题,必须完善激励机制,以此来提高企业的核心竞争力。
本文通过对华为员工激励方式分析的方法,论述了华为在员工激励方面取得的成功,以华为的员工激励为借鉴,对比分析目前民营企业在人力资源管理方面的现状,得出在物质激励和精神激励两个方面的优化手段。

Abstract
For the current development strategy of the enterprise, human resources management has increasingly shown its importance, and   employee motivation as an important means of human resource management, is the main problem that many enterprise managers consider. Scientific and reasonable standardized and effective incentives can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, more long-term help businesses attract and retain qualified personnel, for business growth and development and lay a solid foundation.
In the current social environment, an increasingly open market economy, the private enterprises in market activities more and more active, plays a more and more important role in providing employment and the creation of social wealth. Some problems existing in the human resources management of our country arises, especially in private enterprises: private enterprise capital is not strong, the lack of innovative talents, the talent market in not attractive enough, the movement of large, not very good to adapt to market economy developmentrhythm; salary system and state-owned enterprises, Multi-National Corporation and relatively high personnel incentive mechanism and so on. In the current environment of private enterprises in our country the influence of these factors is more and more big, in order to solve these problems, we must perfect the incentive mechanism, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
In this paper, the method of analysis of Huawei staff incentives, discusses the success achieved in Huawei employees incentives to motivate employees to learn from Huawei, comparative analysis of the current status of private enterprises in human resource management, material incentives and results in spiritual incentive Optimization means two aspects.
