摘要本文以无锡清明桥历史街区为研究对象，运用问卷调查法以及SPSS统计分析法两种主要方法，掌握游客的出游特点、旅游方式及喜好，了解游客在无锡清明桥历史街区旅游的真实感受，更好地发现旅游产品是否符合游客的需求、旅游服务质量能否让游客满意，从而指导历史街区及相关旅游行业人员充分了解市场游客特征，制定出符合游客需求的旅游产品，并配之以完善的设备和高质量质的服务，吸引更多的游客来无锡清明桥历史街区观光旅游，从而提高无锡清明桥历史街区在市场上的知名度，扩大无锡清明桥总游客人数中的比例，最终使无锡清明桥更加国际化。41902

一 引言
历史街区作为城市文化传统的载体，保存有较多的历史遗存，向现代人展示着历史遗留下来的信息。随着人们文化素质的不断提高，人们不仅仅追求物质上的满足，同样追求精神上的满足，因此越来越多的旅游者喜欢到历史街区旅游，借此感受古老文明的气息。对历史街区进行旅游开发是大势所趋，而游客在历史街区旅游的持续发展中起到至关重要的作用，所以将游客满意度与历史街区旅游开发相结合有助于历史街区的发展。游客满意度能够反映出历史街区旅游发展的真实状况，同时其结果也能够为历史街区旅游的后续发展提供指导。
本人通过查阅相关文献，尝试对国内外历史街区游客满意度研究进行归纳总结，尤其是对国内的相关研究进行系统整理，发现国外的研究起步较早且研究内容较为丰富多样且较为深刻，而国内的相关研究目前仍然处于初步探索阶段，并且研究相对分散，研究内容较少。本人在中国知网（CNKI）文献高级检索中以“历史街区”为主题，包含“游客满意度”，共搜出11篇文献，跨度为2006年至2016年10年时间。本文以无锡清明桥历史街区为例，通过实地问卷调查研究影响无锡清明桥历史街区的游客满意度的因素，并提出应对的策略和建议，希望能够为今后相关领域研究提供新的案例，并且起到一个抛砖引玉的作用。 无锡清明桥历史街区游客满意度调查:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_42143.html
