摘要本文通过对大学汉族和新疆籍少数民族的同学进行双向调查， 考察了高校大学生族际交往与社会距离的现状以及族际交往如何影响社会距离。 研究发现，大学生族际交往情况整体和谐，局部存在冲突；汉族同学的社会距离大于新疆籍少数民族同学的社会距离，在具体情境下社会距离又具有不对称性；与经典接触理论不同，班级有无其他民族的成员、接触的频率大小和接触时间的长短对社会距离没有影响； 互助支持的增多在族际交往中有利于缩小彼此间的社会距离；无论是汉族还是新疆籍少数民族，女生在族际交往中感知的社会距离小于男生所感知的社会距离。41507

The Study of College Students' InterpersonalCommunication and Social Distance——Taking the Han Nationality and the Minority Nationalities as Examples
Abstract This paper investigates the current situation of interpersonal communication andsocial distance and how to influence the social distance between the Han nationalityand the minority nationalities in Jiangsu Normal University by investigating thecurrent situation of the social distance between the Han nationality and the ethnicminorities in Xinjiang. The study found that students' ethnic relationships in aharmonious whole, local conflicts; Han nationality students perceived social distanceis greater than the social distance between students in Xinjiang minority nationality,and in the specific context of social distance with and asymmetry; Different from theclassical contact theory, there are no influence on the social distance between anyother member in the class, the frequency of contact and the length of contact time.support the increase more in the inter ethnic communication is to reduce the socialdistance between each other, both Han Chinese and ethnic minorities in Xinjiangmembership, girls in ethnic relations perceived social distance less than boysperceived social distance.

一 绪论
（一）问题提出人际交往是大学生必不可少的行为之一，也是大学生社会化的重要途径[1]。良好的人际关系能够促进大学生顺利实现发展目标，成为具备良好社会适应能力和较高成就水平的成年人[2]。高校少数民族大学生是东中部大学生群体中特殊的群体，是在各自特有的地理环境和文化背景中成长起来的，身上深深刻有本民族文化的烙印进入东中部大学院校。他们不但要适应都市和大学的生活，而且需要适应不同民族文化背景下不同民族文化和风俗习惯的融合与碰撞；同样，对于占极大多数的汉族大学生来说，由于成长背景不同等诸多原因，或多或少会对少数民族大学生产生一定的民族污名化，形成不应有的社会距离。2014 年以来边疆民族地区的暴力恐怖事件的频繁发生， 给生活在中东部高校里的各民族大学生的民族交往心理和社会交往带来了深刻的影响。大学生族际交往和社会距离的现状以及族际交往如何影响社会距离，是本研究重点分析的内容。 大学生族际交往与社会距离研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_41585.html
