摘要 随着我国城镇化进程的加速，以商品房为物质载体形成的社区成为城市社区的主流。楼道作为这种社区特有的空间形态，即是一种物理空间，同时又是一种文化空间。楼道是居民回家必经之处，理应成为连接社区内各个家庭的纽带，但现实生活中，楼道纽带的功能却未真正实现。 楼道文化建设的现状是我国目前社区文化建设的缩影，我国城市社区建设长期局限于物质文明的建设，政府处于主导地位，行政化严重，居民参与度不高，工作者整体素质低，居民社区归属感不强，阻碍我国社区建设的发展。 社会工作作为一门专业，有独特的价值理念与工作方法，理应在社区建设中发挥重要作用，承担起社区建设的重任。通过对社会工作方法在楼道文化建设中的运用，分析社会工作方法在解决目前我国楼道文化建设弊端的独特作用。 41505

The application of Social work methods in the construction of urban community’s corridor culture
Abstract In the rapid process of China's urbanization, the communities based on commercial housing become the mainstream in urban communities. Corridor is a characteristic space of this community. It is not only a physical space, but a cultural space. Corridor where is the only place residents go in and out of the house should become a family ties within the community. But in real life, its bond functions not realized. The condition of corridor culture construction is an epitome of community culture construction in China. There are many problems existing in the construction of China's urban community, e.g., has been long limited to the construction of material civilization, relying most on government’s guidance, serious community-based administration, low participation efficiency, lacking of professional staff and weak community attachment of residents. All of those are hampering the development of community construction in China. As a discipline, social work, which has unique values and methods of work, should take the responsibility of community construction and play an important role in it. Through the application of social work methods in the corridor culture construction, study the function of social work methods in eliminating drawbacks of corridor culture construction at this stage.
