摘要：要想农业发展现代化，必须依靠科技的投入与应用，而科技的投入与应用又离不开农业科技的有效推广。在我国每年登记的农业科技成果中，新科技得以推广应用的仅有 30%-40%，但发达国家的科技成果转化率却为 70%-80%，如此鲜明的对比落差让我们意识到了农技推广工作的重要性。在农技推广过程中，农户作为接受技术的主体，他们的参与行为值得我们特别关注。本文通过问卷调查与结构式访谈的形式，在江苏省泰州市的四个村庄进行实地调研，探索哪些因素会影响农户的参与行为。基于我们所调研的数据，通过统计分析得出：技术培训与技术风险对农户的参与行为具有显著影响，并且，技术培训、技术风险分别与农户的学历、农户的年龄密切相关。此外，政府的惠农政策也会影响到农户的积极参与。根据所得结论，我们提出针对性的建议。 37988

Study on peasants’ participative behavior in extension of agricultural technology in Taizhou
Abstract: To make the agriculture modernize, the technology must be put in and adopted. However, the input and adoption of technology is closely related to the effective extension of agricultural technology. In agricultural scientific and technological achievements which are registered,  only  30% to 40% of new technologies are  applied, while  the rate of conversion of technology in developed countries is 70 to 80 percent. Such a sharp contrast makes us aware of the importance of agriculture technology extension. In the process of agriculture technology extension, peasants are the subject of accepting technology, and their participative  behaviors  deserve our special attention.  This article explores which factors will  affect the participation of peasants by questionnaire survey and structured interview in four villages of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. Based on the data we have investigated, we come to a conclusion by statistical analysis that technical training and technical risk have a significant impact on the participation of peasants. Besides, they are strongly linked to the peasant’ degree and age. In addition, the government's policies on agriculture also affect participation of peasants, and then we propose specific suggestions according to the conclusion.

一、 引言
（一）选题依据 1．研究背景 在 2017 年中央一号文件中，针对“强化科技创新驱动，引领现代农业加快发展”的目标，我们提出了要强化农业科技推广，完善农业科技创新激励机制的举措。事实上，作为一个人多地少的农业大国，人地矛盾在近几年已经逐渐制约着我国农业以及经济的发展。要想农业发展，必须依靠科技，而科技的应用又离不开推广。因此，在如今的农业发展中，农业科技推广有着不可小觑的影响。然而，我国每年登记的农业科技成果中，得以推广应用的仅有 30%-40%，其中，形成规模的还不到一半，但发达国家的农技成果转化率却为70%-80%，远远高于我国[1]。在这样一个对比鲜明的形势下，知道在农技推广应用中农户行为是什么样,了解哪些因素会让农户积极参加到农业技术推广应用就非常必要。与此同时，这也为我们接下来的农技推广工作顺利进行提供了一定的启示。 泰州市农技推广中农户参与行为研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_36884.html
