摘要安全生产作为我国经济快速可持续发展的基础，是企业生存的必要保障，2010年国家安全生产监督管理总局发布了《企业安全生产标准化基本规范》（AQ/T9006-2010），为企业安全生产标准化的创建工作提供了科学、合理的理论支撑。33556
本文将从国内安全生产现状，安全生产标准化的起源、内涵，安全生产标准化创建的意义及建立过程等几个方面进行简单阐述，同时根据《企业安全生产标准化基本规范》（AQ/T9006-2010）的核心要求，通过企业实际调研以及网络途径，了解企业实际推进安全标准化中遇到的问题，确定阻碍企业安全标准化建立及推进的影响因素。
基于各影响因素，利用系统工程的解释结构模型法（Interpretative Structural Modeling Method,ISM），建立影响企业安全标准化推进因素的系统模型。根据此模型，得出影响企业安全标准化推进的关键因素，分析各因素导致的问题，并尝试提出对策措施和建议。

Title research on constructing and promoting of work safety standardization management for enterprises
Abstract
Work Safety is a necessary protection for the development of enterprises as the basis of rapid and sustainable development of China’s economy. The State Administration of Work Safety issued the “Basic Norms for Work Safety Standardization of Enterprises”(AQ/T9006-2010) in 2010, It immediately provided a scientific and reasonable theory strut for the work safety standardization establishing of enterprises.
In This paper, the work safety present status and the origin of work safety standardization is analyzed. The means and process of the work safety standardization construction is described. Meanwhile, according to the core requirements of “Basic Norms for Work Safety Standardization of Enterprises” (AQ/T9006-2010), a research is did to find out if the work safety standardization work well. Then the author fond out the problems that affected the work safety standardization construction of enterprises with the help of the internet.
On the base of each factor, the Interpretative Structural Modeling Method is used to analysis problems in this paper. Finally, the author tried to put forward some measures and suggestions.

1 绪论
1.1 研究背景
近些年，我国经济飞速发展。作为世界第二大经济体，我国的经济增长在很大程度上需要依靠制造业的出口来支撑[1]，基数庞大的制造业企业必然对我国的安全生产形式带来严峻考验。由于我国较发达国家管理体制相对落后，法律法规尚未健全，导致企业违法成本较低，对安全生产重视程度偏低。此外，我国多数企业管理人员安全意识薄弱、安全投入不足、企业员工文化水平偏低，导致近几年国内工伤事故时有发生。事故的发生不仅往伴随着重大的经济损失，还会使企业形象受损，社会影响恶劣，甚至严重影响着我国经济的可持续发展，阻碍了社会的和谐进步。因此，必须加强安全管理投入力度，健全安全生产法律法规，提升管理水平，以改善我国安全生产现状。安全生产标准化作为一套科学的、严谨的、完善的安全管理体系,对企业改善安全管理水平来说是必不可少的。 企业安全生产管理标准化的建立及推进研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_30720.html
