摘要：本论文的研究主题是城市居家养老的社会非正式支持系统。有效地解决人口老龄化给城市化发展带来的养老问题，需要以老年人的需求为导向，以正式支持系统和非正式系统的资源为支撑，构建多文社会支持系统。依据养老的内容可将老年人的需求分为:经济需求、生活需求、精神慰藉三个方面。正式支持系统提供的服务主要来自于政府、社会组织和社区，而非正式支持系统提供的服务主要来自于配偶、子女和老年人自我三个方面。通过实证分析，我国城市居家养老综合了家庭养老和社会养老的优势，但是城市居家养老主体，在为老年人服务的现实生活中还有很多不足之处，非正式支持系统—家庭承担着沉重的负担或压力;正式支持系统还处于探索阶段，在实际操作中存在许多问题。根据中国的国情，在今后很长的一段时期，居家养老的核心应放在家庭，政府、社会、社区与家庭共同解决老年人的需求。5698

Home endowment under the background of urban elderly informal social support research
Abstract：The research topic of this paper is that occupy the home city endowment of informal social support system. Effectively solve an aging population brings to the urbanization develop-
ment of the endowment problem, need to be guided by the demands of the elderly, in formal and informal support system to the system resources to support, to build a multi-dimensional society support system. Based on pension content the demand of old people can be pided into: economic needs, life needs, and spiritual comfort from three aspects. Formal support system to provide the services mainly comes from the government, social organizations, and communities, and the informal support system to provide the services mainly comes from the spouse, children and the elderly self from three aspects. Through the empirical analysis, our country city house combines the advantages of family endowment and social endowment, but urban pension subject that occupy the home.
