河南省电子商务产业集群发展策略分析

摘要：以河南省电子商务的快速发展，电子商务产业集群发展的问题已经引起越来越多的关注。此文起初阐述了电子商务产业集群的概念，其次剖析了河南省开始打造具有特色的电子商务产业带、电商园区的建设不断加快、产业规模迅速扩大并且电子商务产业集群渐渐向农业领域渗透的现状，同时揭露了河南省电子商务产业集群存在人才供需矛盾突出、产业链相对薄弱、市县地区发展不平衡、缺少成功的第三方平台和中小企业缺乏创新意识等问题，还以郑州新区为例探讨了河南省电子商务产业集群发展模式，最后提出了完善环境和配套设施体系建设、加快电子产业园建设、健全第三方平台建设、充分发挥龙头企业带动作用和健全创新管理机制建设等一系列适合并能有效促进河南省电子商务产业集群发展的策略。28756

Analysis of Henan Province,e-commerce industry cluster development strategy
    Abstract:With the development of electronic commerce in Henan Province, problems of e-commerce industry cluster development is paid more and more attention. This paper first describes the concept of electronic commerce industry cluster. Secondly, analysis of the Henan province to build the status of e-commerce industry has the characteristics of the construction zone, business park continues to accelerate, the rapid expansion of industrial scale and e-commerce industry cluster has gradually infiltrated into the field of agriculture . At the same time to expose the e-commerce industry cluster of Henan province has the talent supply and demand contradiction, the industry chain is relatively weak, and the imbalance of regional development, the lack of success of the third party platform of small and medium-sized enterprises and the lack of awareness of innovation and other issues. Also in Zhengzhou district as an example to discuss the development mode of electronic commerce industry cluster in Henan Province.Finally put forward improving the environment and supporting facilities system construction, accelerate the construction of electronic industrial park, perfect the third party platform construction, give full play to the leading enterprise leading role and improve the innovation management mechanism construction and a series of appropriate and effective strategy to promote the development of e-commerce industry cluster in henan province.
