摘要：目前，我国已经进入全面建设小康社会的历史阶段，社区功能不断扩大，社区逐步承担起管理社会事务的职能。的十七大报告提出要“建立健全委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与的社会管理格局。”接着，胡锦涛同志在十八大报告中又提出，“加强社会建设，鼓励公民参与。”由此可见，公众参与是我国改革开放以及社会进步的基础。在社会民主化和城市现代化的推动下，社区建设、居民参与已经成为中国社会建设的新主题、新动力，因为每一个社区都是一个包含了整体社会基本信息的独立单元，是整体社会的一个“全息缩影”，这些信息包括了社会的生活需求、利益关系、群体矛盾、阶层结构和运行逻辑。本毕业论文在认真总结了相关理论的基础上，以上海市C区县A、B两社区为调查对象，采用问卷调查法，主要针对居民社区参与的不足进行分析，目的要鼓励居民参与社区建设，培育社区自治意识，完善居民参与的组织形式，提升居民的参与能力。社区就是社会的一个窗口，从构建社区的过程中我们可以小见大，积累了社会建设的经验，了解了社区建设的规律，我们对于社会建设就有了感觉。5351

After carefully summarize the relevant theory, on the basis of A and B two C district in Shanghai communities as investigation object, adopted questionnaire survey method, mainly aiming at the shortcomings of the residents' community participation were analyzed, and the purpose to encourage residents to participate in community construction, cultivate community autonomy consciousness, improve the residents to participate in the organization, improving the capacity of residents participation. Community is a window of the society, from the build communities in the process we can view and accumulated social construction experience, to understand the rules of the community construction, we have the feeling to social construction.
