汽车制造企业危险辨识及其安全生产标准化建设研究

摘要:汽车制造企业在注塑工艺流程、涂装工艺流程、焊装工艺流程、冲压工艺流程、总装工艺流程等工艺流程中存在危险有害因素, 因此在此过程中, 可能会造成设备损坏故障、作业人员发生中毒、窒息、职业病、粉尘爆炸、机械伤害、物体打击等安全生产事故以及危害到作业人员的职业健康。在推进安全生产标准化的过程中以及结合笔者自身的实践,可以发现 《机械制造企业安生产标准化评定标准》与其他各行业的安全生产标准相比较为复杂,该标准存在的缺陷也在实际应用过程中逐渐显显现。汽车制造企业与其他类型企业的区别在于工艺流程并非单一, 基于此,笔者在本文中选取了存在危险性较大工艺流程的企业, 并将其归纳划分为注塑作业单元、 涂装作业单元、焊接作业单元、冲压作业单元、总装作业单元、建(构)筑物单元、电气设备单元、储运单元、公用及辅助设施单元、作业环境单元、特种设备单元。通过使用作业条件危险性评价法和预先危险性分析法对以上单元进行危险源辨识,提出了改善的措施。根据危险源辨识分析结论,发现了安全生产标准化的评定标准在实际操作时适用性欠佳,部分标准规范存在缺陷并,然后对原安全生产标准化评定标准进行优化。27950

Hazard Identification of Automotive Industry and Research of Safety Production Standardization System
Abstract: Automotive industry involved a variety of hazardous substances in the injectionmolding process, painting process, the welding process, stamping process, assembly processand any other processes, in which may damage to the equipment and generated the potentialrisk factors which can damage the person including poisoning, suffocation, occupational disease,dust explosion, mechanical injury and other accidents. With the promotion of safety productionstandardization system all over our country, we found that “the standard of safety assessment ofautomotive industry” is more complicated than safety production standardization system ofother industries. In practical application process, the disadvantage of this standard is graduallysignificant presence.The process of automotive industry is not as single as the process of other industries.Based on above, the paper selected companies which the process is more dangerous, andpided into several parts of Injection molding operation unit, coating operations unit, operatingunit welding, stamping operations unit, assembly operations unit, building (structure) buildingmaterials unit, electrical equipment unit, a storage unit, utilities and auxiliary facilities unit,operating environment unit, special equipment unit. Though using LEC and PHA for hazardidentification analysis , author proposed measures of improvement. According to theconclusions of the hazard identification analysis, we found assessment criteria of safetyproduction standardization is weak in the adaptability of actual operation, parts of the standardsare still defective. Then,the original safety standardization system has been optimized.
