摘 要：市场化是当今社会发展的大趋势，因此推行公共服务市场化既是市场经济发展的客观要求，也是政府转变职能的必然要求。当前，政府在公共服务市场化中的职能转变不到位，政府职能转变又对推进公共服务市场化具有重大作用。文章首先阐述政府职能转变与公共服务市场化的关系、概念及具体表现；而后经过剖析公共服务市场化过程中政府职能转变的现状，指出政府职能转变不到位、政府管理和监督有待加强、政府职能转变理念急需强化等问题；最后提出强化政府职能转变的理念、明确政府角色、落实政府职能转变具体措施并且加强政府监督职能等措施。94403
