摘  要：社会主义民主广泛而深刻的实践之一是基层管理民主。我国基层管理民主建设,根据人民群众的切身利益,适应经济和社会发展的需求,以法律政策为保障,坚持原则。在党和政府领导下,在农村基层管理民主的建设取得了巨大进步。尽管近些年来基层管理民主管理取得了很大的成效,但仍然还存在着一些弊端,主要体现在基层管理民主管理的内部问题上和基层管理民主管理遇到巨大外部压力。94253

Grass-roots Democracy Construction Management in the  Urbanization Process of China

Abstract: Socialist democracy is one of the extensive and profound practice democracy at the grassroots level。The democracy at the grassroots level construction in our country, according to the vital interests of the people, meet the requirement of economic and social development, the legal policy as guarantee, adhere to the principle。Led by the party and the government, in the countryside democracy at the grassroots level construction has made great progress。Although grassroots democracy management in recent years has made great achievements, but there are still some disadvantages, mainly embodies in the internal problem of democracy at the grassroots level management and democracy at the grassroots level management faced huge external pressure。
